Cows,
sheep, pigs and bees are bred in the middle of the forests, meadows and
mountain pastures. The crops include fodder for livestock, cereals, berries,
fruit and vegetables. In the farm-owned workplace, preserves, jams,
juices, sirups, pork sausages, pasta, bread and honey are processed.
The farm sells those produce to the Farmers' Market of Parma on
Saturday morning.
Casa Lanzarotti also runs a nursery for the
production of medicinal herbs seedlings.
The meals served to the guests are mostly made
of the farm produce.
