The
farm is
situated at 600mt. (1800 ft.) elevation, in the high valley of the
river
Taro, on the hills of Parma, at the crossroads of Emilia,
Liguria
and Toscany. The Taro valley is well known for its mushrooms, organic
beef meat and Parmesan cheese.
Casa
Lanzarotti extends over 20 hectares and has been a pioneer in organic
agriculture in the valley. It has applied this methode of cultivation
since 1993.
